About YomTrace
YomTrace is a digitally enabled cash crop trading and traceability ecosystem that connects farmers and other agribusinesses to ready markets. We start from the base, mostly in last-mile communities where farmers and processors carry out their activities.
Our processes include:
- Community Trading Hubs: We operate and partner with third-party logistics providers to aggregate raw and processed agricultural produce from the farmer groups we work with. The farm hubs are digitized along the way, capturing every detail from production to when the product leaves the farm hub.
- Digital Marketplace: We connect the digital farm hubs to an online marketplace where buyers can place orders directly with local farmers.
- Traceability: We provide buyers and all stakeholders with the opportunity to trace the produce back to the farmer and understand how the goods are processed.
- Certification: We offer training and assistance to farmers who wish to explore sophisticated markets, helping them obtain training and certification from state authorities.
